For the company to up list they must file a form 10. Its a load of paper work that goes to the SEC. Once the SEC approves it, it takes 60 days to go to the up list level. This is a good thing to happen because the new level requires audited reporting and that attract big money. The now have confidence that the company is not a scam and come across with with investment money. They are going through these gyrations because they are going to manufacture aircraft, providing they can raise the funds. There is no guarantee this will in fact happen. For all you new investors this is a good time to take your head out of the sand and think before you drop a lot of your money into this company, if you are a gambler then stick your toe in the water. and I suggest you don't jump in over your head. If the company can accomplish their ambitious goals you will be rewarded, however the chances of that happening are slim to say the least.
