Nobody has a clue when she's gonna make her ruling, and it doesn't matter one bit. I wish to hell she'd hurry up, but she doesn't share our agenda. We just sit and speculate because we have nothing better to occupy our time with these days. Her political persuasion leaves me somewhat anxious, but her oath should guide her to the right decision. Under no circumstances should the Rosen suit be allowed to go forward. It should have been dismissed with prejudice after 3 weeks deliberation. So.....she's just taking her sweet time to make sure that she's not overturned on appeal. OK, I'll go with that for now. I don't have any evidence to prove to the contrary.
