Yes, this IS a discussion board. And, as you know, and what has been the standard here, from inception, for very good reasons, is that making statements like the one above is simply stirring up B/S with out any verification. You could simply look up the SEC rules for that and you would find that she did not violate any rules. Not only that but, later retracted the error and made it right.
But then, that would cause you to have to actually look into that which may take an hour or so at the most. Perhaps you do not have the time, or, simply do not wish to put in the effort ? I really do not care one way or the other. All I ask is that you and everyone else simply stick to what you do know and validate.
Suppositions which are accusatory toward things that defame a person have not, and will not be tolerated, and you know that.
Now, you may not like that, because it is you who said those things, but, that is what it is.
I am in no way saying that what she did was right, correct, or, even thoughtful for that matter, and I am also NOT defending her.
