BRWC- I still think that something is very strange with this Arabs Contract.....
They gave twice $250,000 they conducted a "water check" they said they are satisfy with the result and suddenly they want the Co. to "Restructure"???....
Their need of water is Vital and they could have gone ahead with the order....BRWC start making money and Francine will do what is need it to do???....
I think there is something BEHIND all of this???....
