With the length of time it is taking to rule on the case it is a better sign it will be dissmissed with prejudice!
Please avoid the FUD like the Aruda selling and continued false opinions as facts! Whenever there has proven to be actual shares for sale(like Aspire deals the price always run up because there are real shares available. The low volume manipulation is the criminals trying to get their hands on real shares to be able to cover. they know they have made a mistake and now are in full court press to discredit real investors and company news!!!
