Stock price can go up on investor sentiment..
I believe there are two major variables which can affect stock price.
1. Fundamentals - Actual data; SEC filings, etc
2. Investor sentiment - Investors belief that the price will rise
Personally, I think investor sentiment is going to grow followed by actual fundamentals. For example, look at ASUV. Ive been watching it for a while now. Went from .0028 to .14 cents in only TWO months. This mega rise in share price was due more by investor's waiting on good news than actual good news. Notice the PPS has started to decline probably because investors are getting impatient. Any smart investor (my opinion) would have sold at .14 cents and ran away laughing with those $200,000+ mega profits; but to each their own.
In regards to BSSP, there is a lot of investor interest in this stock. We've been waiting on a name change for quite some time. Name changes can be catalysts for major increases in share price, especially if the ticker symbol changes around the same time as a newly released 8K.
Although not investment advice, I'm expecting .0002's to be broken before the end of June, and I still believe NITE, the wholesaler, is keeping the price down in order to accumulate shares behind the scene. As soon as the ticker symbol changes, I think investor interest is going to drive this price over .0005.
