Referring to her in such a disrespectful manner when trying to make your point is more about you than her....
Your point may be valid but because of the way you choose to make it... Your point is lost....
It is lost as soon as the reader sees your point is more about you being the very thing of which you are accusing her than of her... She is simply a person trying to do her best at her job and did not take into consideration the desperation of some shareholders for information that supports or disproves their fears...which makes them (you in this case) respond in a hostile manner to a simple error. You make make it much larger than that by insulting her because of the "pins and needle" effect you experience ... Which again is about you and how you handle stress (passive/aggressively) not her.... I am sure she is just as excited to have this thing roll out as we are..
