Obummer wasn't in charge so nobody put out a timeline that said this attack will be over in 12 hours. That attack could have lasted for a lot longer which may have given time to get there! Those people were wrote off by Clinton and Obama before it was over. That's why they both went to bed.
Not to mention they should have went and secured the scene immediately instead they arrested the maker of a video before they had boots in Benghazi.
