Ok Pharaoh, let me get it started. This afternoon I had about a half hour talk with Matt Dwyer. Honestly I enjoyed our conversation and his attitude about what is transpiring on the boards and where he is going with BCAP.

He told me emphatically that none of the drivel has any merit and is quite aware of what is being said.

A couple of recent things that will be humorus to all here, he was out of town last week on business for BCAP and walked into a friend / associates office where his friend said "where is your subpoena?" his friend laughed. Matt said I don't know, they didn't bring it the airport I guess. Well still no subpoena, never was one.

He also said, by the way since I am talking to you today from my office, my escape to Jamaica must not have worked out!!

Don't get me wrong, he doesn't like it and he is collecting everything related to all this for future use. There are several good reasons why it is not a priority now.

The audit is going along OK and is still on schedule for submitting the uplist the first of July. Just lots of supporting documents that have to assembled from 2006 on I believe.

As you might expect he couldn't be specific to me on topics, but did say a couple of things are moving slower than he wanted, but also a couple are moving faster. The main point is all are moving.

He did say at least a couple of newsworthy items will be released before the end of the month with more to follow in June.

All companies that he will work with will be full reporting, no more pink stocks.

The PPM info will be out within the next two weeks to all who are interested.
