Mike: Did this firm participate in some of that naked short crap, air shares and now you can't xchange for real shares because you do not have certs?
Edward: No, that is not the case at all, we are just awaiting from our clearing firm so that we may show this security properly
Mike: I'm pretty hacked, I've got a lot a money on this and I'm getting real suspicious of you guys.
Mike: Why can everyone else do what you obviously can't or won't do?
Mike: Should I submit my query to the regulatory bodies?
Edward: Unfortunately, I can not speak as to what other brokerage firms are doing

Edward: If you wish you you may call investor relations of that company to find out what exactly is holding this up
Mike: I want your compliance officer to write to me on your corporate letterhead explaining what is the issue, if you held legitimate shares pre R/S you should have been able to provide the transfer agent those certs and get the post R/S shares back into the individual accounts.
