You're engaging in the typical conservative 'false equivalency' argument. Sometimes one side is clearly right and the other is just as clearly wrong.
We both know that if Trump DID win we would soon hear about the 'Make America Great Again Infrastructure Bill'....even I like the sound of that.....and then the GOP would fall all over itself to appropriate money for it, after first passing a tax cut!
In THAT respect, it would be same o same o as the Bush years.

Republicans control the House, and they can block legislation in the Senate. If they were willing to pass an Obama infrastructure bill, then an Obama infrastructure bill might make news.
