Leo Ehrlich is the largest shareholder in CTIX. He is certainly making decisions about when licensing deals should happen based upon what is best for the shareholders and the company. What astute shareholder would want the company to give away incredibly valuable intellectual property for low-ball prices, too early in the development stage to get a reasonable valuation?
This CEO has gotten 4 clinical trials going on a very low budget, with others soon to follow. Anyone who can't see the value in this company and the CEO should just move on.
