Get rid of 'welfare' for everybody and the Red States become '3rd world'. Take another look, dumb-ass. The SE, Appalachia, the Deep South and up through the Great Plains, holy sh*t TX , AR & OK, that's the GOP voting base.

But be sure to give them a heads-up so they understand WHO wants to do it.
