Seems like the Kramer brothers do a lot of things

Seems like the Kramer brothers do a lot of things by accident. I'm sure their innocent LOL. Surely they wouldn't knowingly commit crimes such as being part of a fradulent loan scheme, or securities manipulation/fraud. And I'm just sure they would never ever scheme to make usurious loans to companies for their illegal profit. Why their both such outstanding citizens with an impeccable record. I'm sure all those hundreds of criminally usurious loans to many companies were just another accident. I can hear it now " but your honor even thought we've done this hundreds of times before and reaped windfall profits on everyone of them we really had no idea we'd make a profit of over 25% on this one loan. After all our loans clearly state we only charge 8% interest. Please ignore the fact we've made many times that on every loan we've ever done. That was just by accident."


Now why would Curt Kramer buy shares directly from the transfer agent instead of though the company?
