More like Swapping Shares. The everything is in the filings which have been going on for years. There are competitors rooting for QMC's demise which aitn going to happen. With their continuous flow reactor and gearing up for full production you are making a wise choice all the groundwork is done shareholders especially over the next year will do very well when revenue starts flowing.
