Yes....it's a drought......they happen everywhere..all the time. It wouldn't be an issue ...but California has made it an issue and has made it worse..
The chart does not disprove climate change that is primarily man made.
I know of NO arguments that claim that climate change is solely man made.
And of course it's not just about drought but more frequent & or more intense storms. More extremes.
There is scientific consensus on man driven climate change, and there's Senator Inhofe tossing snowballs in the Senate chamber.
