That judge's decision is very clear even to non-lawyers. It's very educational to read it -- and reading it made me even more disgusted that Rosen would think they could get away with similar garbage in the CTIX case.
VERY glad that Leo Ehrlich chose to fight these creeps, instead of being greenmailed into paying them off for a completely meritless lawsuit.
