show me a perfect penny stock company. i'll buy it right now. u know where u are right ? otc capital market ( where upstarts come to raise money for their business)

btw, there are dozens of companies. blue chips. nasdaq. et.al that have lost 50-85% of their value at one time or another. over significant chunks of time

hhse had about $4mill in debt out of the gate (with the film, "twelve" misfire )
don't know if the ceo fudged info to keep the balls in the air ( so to speak) since then. it's possible. maybe even likely

but if he did. saves the company. turns it around. his success would be commendable


otc companies don't have the funds to drive growth. expand into new revenue streams. handle corporate filings. add key hires. and promote the stock to the degree shareholders would love to see

it's easy to criticize any company. helping them grow. and evolve. not so much

but, in my limited experience. that's what otc companies sometimes need. supportive shareholders to help them evolve. constructively


that's just my opinion. everyone entitled to his/her own ( of course)
