Sounds really good. I've done something very similar with the coconut lime. Had the Bacardi Pineapple and Malibu Coconut rums with a splash of pineapple juice and some crushed ice in the blender. Pretty much a piña colada. I used to make them with rum (or vodka for a Chi-Chi), sweet cream of coconut, fresh pineapple, pinapple juice and ice blended up with maraschino cherry. Soaked in Everclear sounds even better! I'm gettin thirsty!!
