NVSOS and OTC still not updated and no financials, its been a week and a half now Maybe Gary, Tim and the SEC atty can not figure out how to click the links and enter payment to bring current or maybe since QLTS just has not paid the atty to perform??? Has to be one or the other since we provided the links to them a week and a half ago
