Started Earth Beverages several years ago, which mainly marketed energy shots, as well as some special event energy drink promotion. Looks like they/he did an event with WSOP a while back (2010).

The second address is presumably his/a personal address in San Diego. It's also the address for wesellyou1.com, a company he had several years ago, which explains the wesellyou@aol.com email address given in the Form 10.
My guess is that this guy has some marketing experience with energy shots/drinks and may have connections. He doesn't get paid a commission unless he makes a deal.
I suspect they didn't announce it because it's not really PR worthy, yet. Perhaps, waiting for some leads on his efforts - like talks with the big box stores. Although, now that it has been dredged up, maybe they will announce something. This happened a couple weeks ago, so the fact that they didn't announce it means they aren't trying to make a big deal about it. Hopefully, it will turn into a big deal.
