Thought the MM's might have done it to cover their

Thought the MM's might have done it to cover their naked butts...but Dock says Wells Fargo did it to cover some fees of some sort. Some sort of maintenance fee[?]. Don't have anything like that on my Schwab account. The only time I had that happen was when I bought a loser on 'margin'. Whatever the case, I just locked-up my shares in a limit sell order for $12/shr on a 'good till cancel' basis until it expires in July.
