They should have been working on it during these many months, so it's not like they had to do the whole thing over the last two weeks. The last PR said the 8K should be done in about 2 weeks, so I wouldn't be surprised if it is already done. Just a question of when they want to release it.

I'd be ok with waiting awhile longer for it as long as a 10Q comes out this week or early next week to bring us current. That yield sign has been pissing me off for a very long time.
