I had this very argument with an acquaintance earlier today. This is what 'critical thinking' looks like. Go ahead, anyone, pick it apart with facts and reason, if you can. And spare me any fear driven, religion laden responses.

And explain this to me. If a man's gender is hormonally transitioned to a woman's gender, cause that's the way his genes lined up, and he hasn't had the 'plumbing' changed but his appearance is that of a woman, what HAS 'she' BEEN doing?
Seems to me 'appearance' determines the venue. She goes into the women's' room and sits down in the stall.
Reverse it. Woman to man, appearance change, no plumbing change. If it's me, I'm going into the stall to sit the f*ck down!
