It's easier to read the data on the site since it doesn't copy very well. Type in any OTC stock symbol and you will see the past 30 days worth of data. Notice how the % short went up as the share price did. Then when the buying interest goes down they start making a bigger spead and lowering the ask, selling small blocks at the bid enticing others to sell their shares etc.
The site will be updated with today's data around 5:30 pm EST sometimes a little later but always by 6:30. It's the same data reported to FINRA each day.
