they will...two things will move this
1. short covering....that is coming if 1s are actually done and not being sold as mentioned
2. filings on time...even a hint that they are ready to be filed w some hint of info...we run hard! but if they aren't filed on time....1s will be the place as shorts will cover on the sell off and its dead.
this is how pinks work.....but we could be above all that if filings are on time and open...current
