The operative words are TO A GREATER DEGREE. It does not mean that it is completely ineffective in mild psoriasis. Until the patients (who, remember WANT TO CONTINUE taking Prurisol) have been treated for a longer time, it is premature to say that there will be no efficacy.
The dosing amount and schedule still need to be optimized.
Remember that Brilacidin had adverse effects when taken in doses that were much too large, but is safer than comparable antibiotics when dosed correctly.
