Actually it does. A penny stock by definition is $5/share or less. Amex requirements are $2 to $3 per share. depending on other financial and share structure details. I'd have to look again to verify the details, but Jerry hinted only at the possibility of a very low ratio RS IF NEEDED. That's about a year and a half away. Where the pps is then is a tough call, but I'm completely comfortable saying you shouldn't be surprised at all if it's at least well over a buck by then. At that point in the evolution of a company with obviously huge upside, a RS is anything but bad when growth/sales are strong and strengthening. You may complain that at $10 a share you were jaded by the split, but the fact is you would've had to have waited several more years to hit that mark. The chances are if you look at total value after 10 years, it'll be much higher than it would've been without the RS because the move sooner to the big board will bring on even bigger capital investment which will very much have helped the company to grow bigger faster, faster FASTER!!
