My interpretation was the same as yours. As in, he was feigning disbelief that CTIX P trial had met endpoints. Hedging, backpedaling...whatever you want to call it.
I agree with the rest of your interpretation as well. Who knows how long it will be before we can get the validation needed (partnership/sale). Could be a week, could be a year. It's hard to predict how the market might react to an announcement about K and Mayo trial going forward. Especially if news is released with hard data about P1.
Every positive step forward we take we increase value. It makes me wonder if we might just wake up one day to an announcement of an acquisition. Sooner or later some big pharma co. will realize that CTIX is too good to let go to someone else...maybe later than sooner?
