Its fairly clear iTALK's goal is to become an MVNO provider through Sprint and/or T-Mobille. What I cannot figure out is why wait for the 8-K to promote the service through ITALKMOBILITY.COM?
Why are they not updating the website to promote the service? unless there is a third party involved in the venture that cannot be announced until the 8-K drops.
