The shorts will not cover until and unless forced. The good news however is CTIX can now , thanks to the Supreme Court files against the shorts in MA. court. They can also file RICO charges which awards treble damages. The shorts will be hard pressed to find jurors sympathetic to their case and the damage awards could be staggering. I would love to see CTIX file as imho it would be a slam dunk. Go CTIX!!!
