This seems to definitely point to a dose dependent response since the response rates weren't mixed among the dosing arms. Now they know the minimum effective dosing and can likely increase that, since the only SAE was in the 50mg arm not the 200 mg arm. It's follows that efficacy will improve even further with a higher dose IMO.
