These are just my thoughts.
There is a lot of descriptive and repetitious information on AOT, kind of here is everything in a nutshell. From that, as a long term investor who has read every release for many years and already know most of the update, same as you, I believe this update is not written for me (or at least not entirely). I would see it as being for those that are new to AOT. Of recent times I don't see a large new following of new people (there might have been a lot of new people have a single look from the Redchip, but I don't see them as new active followers, yet). So I guess there must be a new audience somewhere, or soon to come. I suspect there may be a reason traffic visits the QSEP web page in the near term, so my guess is some news of interest is coming in the short term, and that would bring traffic that if reading the most recent information would then get a comprehensive understanding of who QSEP is and what AOT does.
So my guess is this could be the start of AOT's next step (the release was AOT focused, rather than aquisition (which has I believe at least 1 letter of intent is active).
I have a little Excitment that things may be about to change.
That being said, next to no volume traded, so I wouldn't go out and significantly grow my shareholding because it's just as likely to be another day at the office as well.
