TPAC & BTL are partners. Refer to the TPAC Present

My opinion, based on my observations & thoughts so far - is that the reason behind the deferment of the current SLA has nothing to do with the readiness of BTL's / TPAC's facility, but rather product demand schedule of the customer / client. I do not doubt that production for Boeing, Southwest Airlines, and whatever conglomerates Bill meets up with - will happen.
To underestimate TPAC's ability to manufacture bearings this year based on IR's tweet regarding licensing agreements & SLA supply preparation, is comical at best. Reflect on the tweets from @tpacbearings to get a true general idea of where BTL's current production capabilities to market manufacturing demands stand. If TPAC is able to acquire $100,000,000 in financing from EX-IM, then it would not surprise me the least to see TPAC buy out BTL.
Some have stated that there is overwhelming demand for TPAC's product. I would say this is correct. When you have a product that not too many other manufacturers in the world can produce, that is far cheaper than the competitors, and aerospace firms looking to cutback on expensive maintenance costs w/ self lubricating bearings - it's clear why there would be overwhelming demand.
The growth has only begun folks. PR's are very costly, and I'm sure Bill thought the dissemination streams of today's news events over very thoroughly. I believe the company will meet it's requirements of acquiring $2,000,000 in funding per 10k form off LA's alone. Therefore, unless Projen has something substantial to offer - then TPAC may not need to partner with them. Again, just my thoughts - and I'm hoping to be proven wrong with a successful partnership deal between the two entities, but one that provides as much independence & profitability for TPAC as possible.
I advise everyone here to be patient, while Bill continues to do what he does best - build & run the next aerospace supply giant.
'See the forest for the trees' - this is no ordinary OTC here!! Do the DD, and I'm sure you'll feel the same!
imo - in my opinion.
