Hannover House Pacts with Fraydun Productions on Worldwide Release of the Contemporary, Romantic-Comedy, “THE HOMELESS BILLIONAIRE"
Popularly Received Cannes Film Festival Screening Sets Course for Successful USA Theatrical Release

Independent USA distributor Hannover House (OTC: HHSE) has entered into an agreement with Fraydun Productions for the worldwide sales representation and theatrical distribution of “THE HOMELESS BILLIONAIRE” , a romantic-comedy starring Victor Alfieri (“Angels and Demons”), Ione Skye (“Say Anything”), Sarah Steele (“The Good Wife”) “and Talia Shire (“Rocky” film series). The film was shot primarily in New York City, was produced by Faryar Mansouri and Vince P. Maggio and was written and directed by award-winning commercial director Fred Manocherian, in an impressive feature directoral debut.
Hannover House will release “THE HOMELESS BILLIONAIRE” initially as a single screen exclusive engagement on June 17 at the Regal E-Walk Theatre in New York City. This special theatrical engagement will be followed by an expansion to more than forty top markets across the USA on Labor Day Weekend. Hannover House plans to release the film to the DVD and BluRay markets on Dec. 6, 2016, with a Netflix Subscription window commencing February 7, 2017.
“THE HOMELESS BILLIONAIRE” is an enchanting, romantic comedy about the priceless value of true love. Handsome billionaire and entrepreneur Ferro Olivetti is challenged by his father’s final wish to give up all of his possessions and money for thirty days. Left on his own in New York City with only his wits for survival, Olivetti finds a job, a greater enlightenment and ultimately true love in the arms of Diana Mancini (Ione Skye), an up-and-coming real estate manager. Olivetti is portrayed by Italian actor, model and heartthrob Victor Alfieri (“Angels and Demons”) in his first feature film leading role.
The film screened at the Palais of the Cannes Film Festival / Marche du Film on Thursday, May 12 to an enthusiastic reception from buyers and media.
“We are very pleased with the response to our Cannes screening,” said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. of Hannover House. “The film is both funny and touching, and the audience was enthusiastic. The USA release in New York City in June, and the extensive promotional support behind this launch should help us build consumer buzz prior to our Labor Day expansion,” he concluded.
