When you or others are wanting "news" bad - it suggests a rather short term time horizon. While most OTC stocks dont warrant any real consideration beyond that - anyone that is expecting fireworks from IR shouldnt be here. That is precisely the reason for the price decline and volume - traders exiting positions because momentum is gone. They will be back if/when volume picks up.
However - the role of IR is to increase price through long term price appreciation and REDUCING volatility. That is not done by feeding the beast and constantly adding speculation. It is obviously a gray area between keepinglong term investors informed and motivated without injecting unnecessary volatility.
If you believe the company/strategy is viable - this remains a very attracrive accumulation point for long term. If one is here for the swings - IR is not here to provide fodder and fuel.
