The Judge did agree on attorney's fees, however that was based on the LIE that Kyle told saying the Defendant posted on the SFRX board. Either the Judge didn't have the exhibit, or if he did, he didn't know the ticker symbol for this POS.
That said, the Judge went on to say if they didn't agree on the amount for the attorney's fees, there would be a hearing.
You did see the latest motion for contempt, didn't you?
You know Kyle LIED.
Huffman knows Kyle LIED.
Kyle knows he LIED.
Anyone that can read this knows Kyle the Koward Kennedy LIED again to the Court. Not one person has or can dispute that fact. Thank goodness the Defendant wised up with these two CONS and had a court reporter.

Now you think the Defendant isn't going to make sure this Judge knows this? But more importantly, why does Kyle continually LIE?
We can disagree, but as the docket update says, the Plaintiff's motion was DENIED, as was the Defendant's. You may think the update is not correct, that's fine. That's opinion.
But it's not opinion that was NOT posted on the SFRX board, and everyone knows it. Anyone can go to post 3079 on the board highlighted in Exhibit A and see it for themselves. Kyle LIED when the Judge said he didn't see a reference to this POS.
