That's not gonna happen! And it shouldn't. Have you yet seen any GOP 'leader' who could be described as the 'explainer'?
And no not Ryan, who is an Ayne Rand ideologue no matter how hard he trys to repudiate the charge. With him, and most of the GOP, It ALWAYS boils down to tax cuts at the top and austerity for everyone else.

“Bill Clinton is typically described as the empathetic, feel-your-pain guy. But his greatest political skill may be as a formulator of arguments — the explainer in chief. . . And off Clinton went in his classic style: the “country boy from Arkansas,” who was rambling yet focused and methodical, embroidering his text with folksy asides, getting the crowd to cheer even budget numbers and statistics. He went long, and they wanted him longer,” writes Brookings’ E.J. Dionne. (Washington Post)

Bill Clinton’s DNC speech: Trust me, the jobs are coming: “Bill Clinton offered a brilliant and detailed defense of Barack Obama’s record on economic policy tonight. The speech was long and had almost bizarre levels of detail on job training, Medicare, Medicaid, welfare reform, and most every other major area of the federal budget,” writes Josh Barro. (Bloomberg)
“All I can say is this: If Democrats can make every undecided voter sit down and watch Bill Clinton’s speech, this thing is over,” says CAP’s Matt Miller. (Washington Post)
Politico’s Arena asks: Bill Clinton urged Americans last night to give President Barack Obama another four years to turn the tide on the country’s economic downturn. Did Clinton make a compelling case? Or will his point of view have little impact on the presidential race? (Politico)
