This is absolutely NOT investment advice. Do not copy my investment strategy!!
I sold my entire position in SCIE for the time being and took profits. This is part of investing. As I have stated countless times, the second I believe selling is appropriate I would sell. My belief in Spectrascience has not changed and I will reinvest the moment I feel it is the right time. I got a gut feeling telling me to sell because the 10Q showed no sales, and it may take until the next 10Q for this to go anywhere. I want to reinvest my profits in another company so that I can make more money to reinvest in SCIE when the time is right.
Part of investing is to know the right time to sell, so that I can create a stronger position later; perhaps tomorrow, a month, etc etc.
I am probably wrong. WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH SCIE BETWEEN NOW AND THE NEXT 10Q!! The share price may jump to $5 for all we know today. NO ONE KNOWS! THIS IS NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE!!! I am going to create a new position in SCIE when I believe the time is right.
Again, I believe in Spectrascience. Naysayers can have their fun for the time being, but part of investing is knowing when to sell and when to buy. MY GUT FEELING tells me SCIE will succeed but perhaps slower than anticipated.

My DD shows me SCIE is a great company!!! They have what it takes to succeed. As a long term investor, my gut tells me I can make profits from other stocks while I wait on SCIE to grow sales. By the time they do, I may be able to create a new position 10 times as big.
If you decide to sell, like myself, be happy. The majority of us longs in here made a nice small profit. PROFIT IS THE NAME OF THE GAME!! I'll keep posting here on SCIE and even though I DO NOT HAVE TO, I will let the board know when I reinvest in SCIE.
