I have a working theory on who is selling all of t

As recent as early December 2015, the stock price was .0005. A serious investor could pick up 50M shares for $25k or even 100M for $50k. It could have been one or several investors. But, the point here is ALOT of shares could have been picked up back then pretty cheaply (wish I had known about TPAC back then...lol).
So, even with today's stock price, they have more than tripled their return. The million dollar question is why they would sell now with so much on the verge of coming to fruition and sending this stock north quickly and by leaps and bounds.
Speculation of course abounds as to their motivation. It could simply be that they are impatient and want to lock in their gains. Perhaps they did not like how Bill was doing things, in particular hiring on the new BDG, IR and FR. Maybe they simply bought over a year ago and selling now because of the reduced tax for holding a year. Who knows? I do know that some investors do things which totally defy MY logic and reasoning based on my own trading/investment strategies. Somebody loading up at $0.0005 is certainly going to look at this from a totally different perspective than me.
Bill has repeatedly insisted that the selling is not coming from insiders and conversions and recently stated it was coming from the float. If that is entirely the case, then we should not see the float increase, right? All of these shares stacking up on the ask and with VNDM sitting there certainly indicates somebody or some group is selling ALOT of shares. And as I pointed out, it would not have taken much even 6 months ago to accumulate 100M shares....and even easier about a year ago when it was .0003/.0002.
As I stated from the beginning, this is only a working theory of mine to try and explain where all of these shares are coming from and as such, is overflowing with speculation. If I am correct, then any good news will either gobble up those shares, or the entities selling will stop and back off after realizing they can sell later at a much higher price.
All thoughts on the matter welcome of course.
In the meantime, all of this won't matter a hill of beans once the good news and numbers start rolling in....and I am betting over the next 6 weeks for starters. With the great info produced by IR/BDG yesterday, I am confident.
Back to patiently waiting......

The investor of today does not profit from yesterday's growth.
We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful.
