That is the $64,000 question. Everything hinges on the decisions made by the court and the companies ability to get current on their filings. I can picture a market psychology scenario for you that is not out of the question though.

Should the judge block conversion of shares, which would allow HJOE to file, and they updated the market that their intent was to file with a timeline (Q3-Q4), there would be an initial surge in SP. Remember, investors forward-look the market and PPS based upon our own cockamamie views of how much revenue we think X company will report. Guys here have said 5 million and some say much more. Those opinions will go a long way in determining how much more each of us are willing to throw at the company.

Remember, there is money and people watching from the sidelines as well, that are afraid to toss money at a stop sign. If HJOE PRs that they will be filing, investor psychology will change and pockets will get looser.

A second surge would probably be on filings. If the liberal folks win out and HJOE throws out some insane audited numbers after operating costs, another surge in PPS would take place. Notice, I won't venture to guess where it could go because the float plays a large part as well. If it's locked a little tighter as some surmise here, we could be looking at a blue sky break-out and move beyond a penny. If the MM's have shares abound and the flippers dive in for a couple of bags, it could be a very volatile and rocky ride up and down.

Millions of dollars reported and an OTC company are usually not a combination that fits well together. There are still a lot of variables in play that can determine where it would run. I'll keep pushing people over to the RMHB board and story to get a fine example of where it could possibly go.

All my opinion, but I've been in strong runners past one dollar and the potential always exists.
