A skeptic could think that he figures he'll never see the money anyway so why not take more stock in the hopes that the share price rises a bit.
Of course, as of the moment there's no reason it should. And with the amount of debt that exists, $100K is a drop in the bucket.
Goergie, we've said it before. Production and sales are all that matters at this point. Think what you'd be worth if the stock could go to a lousy dime ! It was only a few years ago it got to 70 cents.
