The reconfigured AOT is back on the Kinder Morgan condensate line.
Preliminary testing over 24 hours shows results consistent with lab testing (best outcome you could want)
Next you would expect one of 2 things, the negotiated lease to commence or an expanded lease to be negotiated. Either way, it's a minimum $240,000 PA lease, but if the line is of significant distance, the payments PA would be in multiple of $240,000.
If the AOT meets Kinder Morgan's minimum expectation, you can safely expect a second lease to be piloted on crude and expanded throughout their network.
The upside to income is very very significant.
