I would like to throw out a suggestion that Zattnt and I (Steel Penny) PM’d about last night and then discussed today on the phone.
The suggestions made are for 250-300M shares to be loaned to NTEK by interested shareholders to be used to eliminate debt (200M); to fund operations as needed (50M) and to fund two years of audit (50M). These shares would be borrowed for a period of five years without interest. Other terms would be that the lending shareholders would form a committee to oversee their interests and a member of the committee would be elected to the BOD. The Committee would have veto power over any further increase in AS.
Another thought is that it might be beneficial to consider the company and the shareholders retaining legal counsel to look into the benefit of trying to sue naked shorters under the case just ruled on by the Supreme Court (Merrill Lynch v. Manning, 14-1132)
