Welcome Clarence. LTCG does not have the money or resources to assist with this case, nor should he be relied upon, IMO. LTCG endorses the products HJOE sells and has agreements with them, but he is not an agent of the company. I would love to think that he could throw a couple of million at this situation and make it go away, but kick-backs and back rooms deals are something that HJOE will not deal in.
The ONLY thing that has stopped HJOE from making a more substantial move is the fact that the financials do not match the fundamentals. They're in there somewhere and they are generating revenue, but we don't know, and won't know until this mess with KBM is settled. That big red sign that reads stop is the greatest barrier to financial health. We know it and we don't like it, and I am confident in saying that HJOE knows it and does not like it either.
