You totally get it. You have to be blind to not see what is going on here. All of this had to be worked out with LTCG and his team and the chip company. The Cable Guy saw the value of the SMS system of dealership and this is a perfect way to gain more market for the chips. It's a win win for all parties concerned. The new brand that will be HJOE exclusive from the PR will only go farther to validate that the company is moving in a new direct. You are not launching vending, new products and paying your lawyers if your not generating revenue. For me this is a no brainer.
