I'd like to believe that I worked for a company where accusations are not sufficient for 'action', that evidence would be determinative. Bet you would too.
Legal system works that way too. You can live your life with a 'supermarket checkout line reading list' level of 'evidence', or the online equivalent, if you choose. Doesn't mean I need to.
Just think about THAT.
