No, I think very few retail investors are short CTIX at this time. I wish we had more that were short actually because those that are have borrowed shares and will race to cover when any good news is announced. Now the naked short hedge funds, investment banks and our brokerage firms are a whole different kettle of fish. They are all trying to figure a way out of the mess they are in as a result of the Supreme Court ruling. Many will go broke if forced to cover because the problem is much larger than most realize and most investors and even many stockbrokers don't know what is going on. Most individual stockbrokers do not have a clue that the stock they are often selling does not exist and yet their firms failure to demand good delivery is enabling the criminals to operate with impunity. Once the lawsuits start being filed in various state courts I believe the snowball will become an avalanche and if criminal charges result I expect a lot of folks will be looking for deals to provide testimony for immunity. I would love to see CTIX be an early adopter. Go CTIX!!!
