Well I guess that ties the money together with the Kramers. Curt Kramer was president of Asher then after the SEC fined him. Along comes brother Seth Kramer who opens up KBM and starts making the same kind of toxic loans. Curt Kramer is president of Vis Vires Group while Seth Kramer is the vice president according to the court documents in my last post. Not too hard to connect the dots and realize although Seth Kramer is president of KBM, Curt Kramer is involved and getting money from it too. It's all a bunch of scam companies thumbing their noses at the usuary laws of New York, not to mention trying to circumvent the restrictions placed on Curt Kramer by the SEC. The SEC's not someone to thumb your nose at. If they get involved again they could crush the Kramers like a bug.
