Lets see if I get this right. If you and others like you have read some of not all of all the articles about how the system works, and watched as all of the devious devices have been used. Not once but repeatedly and you still believe that there isn't a naked short of unprecedented proportion in this stock?
Either some or all haven't done any dd, read all that is, or some of what has been offered, or I am a genius. There can be no other reasonable conclusion to what has gone on other than THERE IS A VERY LARGE SHORT IN THIS STOCK.
As for what is going on at PTOI it isn't that complicated. The fall of oil price has caused potential buyers to question the ROI Return on Investment.
Until we have some stability in crude oil price it is difficult to firm up a sale I assume. That does make sense. Now that oil price is firming up , I believe will need to see stability. Once that happens then and only then will we be able to make sales. That is with an S at the end of it.
That is my belief, and when reading both the lines and between them that is the only logical conclusion an investor can come to.
